EMSE (the previous name for SELT) was awarded one of the 9 contracts with the DfES for the introduction and implementation of Performance Management (PM) in schools and LAs across the GOSE region. During the course of the two-year contract EMSE member organisations and consultant trainers:

worked with over 2000 schools

supported the LEAs in the region

organised, managed and facilitated 30 major conferences for headteachers
Evaluation of the programme was overwhelmingly positive with 100% satisfaction ratings from PM Consultant visits and training programmes.
