SELT Leadership Master Classes

This series of three Leadership Master Classes is designed to explore the core purposes of headship/ school leadership in order to:

• Put learning at the heart of leadership and the school in order to raise achievement for all
• Ensure that heads/senior leaders create sustainable leadership at all levels of the organisation, and
• Develop a culture of coaching for improvement

Costs: Participants gain maximum benefit from attending all three master classes but it is possible to attend single seminars. The cost of a single seminar is £150 including all resources. For participants attending the whole series the cost is £420. All costs can be taken from the EHP grant.
