Our highly popular workshops/master classes cover an extensive range of themes from safeguarding in the 21st century school to Shakespeare and fresh approaches to leadership/motivation and uniting disparate people around a common goal.

Workshops offer heads/leaders the opportunities to build their knowledge, skills and confidence in a stimulating but mutually supportive environment, led by a highly skilled facilitator. They always combine strategic and practical approaches to essential areas of school life.

SELT conferences are led by an enviable range of some of the country’s leading and most inspirational speakers. The conferences always offer a pack of high quality resources and often an accompanying book.

Recent examples have included: Re-thinking Educational Leadership and Leadership and Spirituality. Key features of all conferences are the inclusion of time for guided professional reflection, networking and building collaborative relationships.
