Who is it for?
Anyone with an interest in leadership learning, at all levels.

What is it about?
We are seeking to support leadership learning at all levels and across all types of organization with a clear focus on developing and deepening the learning of our young people. As well of a range of national programmes, here we offer you a unique opportunity to join one of our enquiry groups and network with like minded, aspiring and creative leaders at local, regional, national and international levels. You will quickly realise, that once you have found an area you wish to explore and find out more about, that you are not alone! We already have enquiry groups exploring the topics of:

• High Quality Leadership
• Integrated Working and Leadership
• Leadership which develops Ethos, Culture, Climate and Spirituality
• Emotional Resilience in Leadership
• Creating Communities of Leadership Learning with an emphasis on Learning Conversations
• Generating Positive Change through Team Building
• Building and sustaining a coaching community
• School self review at all levels of leadership, including at student level

What will I get out of it?
SELT enquiry groups give you the opportunity to connect with like minded people, to explore an area of mutual interest. This is a method of professional development that is not constrained by endless deadlines or set criteria. Here is a chance to give yourself dedicated time and space to reflect on an area that is of importance and interest to you.
