Briefing Meetings for new, acting and former HIP headteachers
The Early Headship Briefings are designed to give you up to date information on the issues listed below. They have been very popular with new and acting heads in giving them an understanding of the EHP funding and maximising its use and potential
Early Headship Briefing and Diagnostic Review:
- EHP Funding - how much? How do I access it? What can I spend it on?
- Information about SELT: What can SELT offer me in terms of support - master classes, practical seminars, coaching and much more? How does SELT work with my LA to provide complementary support?
- Information about coaching.
- An opportunity to begin a needs analysis; and most importantly a chance to meet and network with other new heads within and across your area.
You are welcome to attend any of the following briefings. The cost is £155 for a full day and can be taken from your Early Headship Grant (formerly HIP). If you have not yet registered for your EHP grant then you will also be able to do this by contacting Carly Shannon.
