Welcome to the Southern Educational Leadership Trust (SELT)
SELT through its unique partnerships specialises in leadership developments. It is a collaboration of LA’s, dioceses, faith groups, universities, colleges, professional associations, charitable and private sector organisations committed to school and public sector leadership development.
EMSE is a unique network that seeks to build on the strong links that exists within its partners to provide high quality leadership, team development and research opportunities.
Who does SELT represent?
SELT is made up of Local Education Authorities, Higher Education Institutions, Diocesan Boards and Businesses in the South East of England. The majority of Local Authorities in the region are SELT partners.
