Integrated Working
Share your learning and thinking with fellow enquirees!
'Real change begins with the simple act of people talking about what they care about' (Strengthening Communities by John West-Burnham, Maggie Farrar and George Oterro).
Key areas of integrated leadership learning enquiry are being undertaken by an enquiry group comprising an elected member, a Deputy Director of Children's Services, leaders in social care, health, community learning, locality leads and school leaders. Facing the issues of Every Child matters and recent legislation, the enquiry group has shared its leaning with the NCSL and other organisations, thus strengthening its own learning community.
