The South West Partnership Team will aim to;
- Develop, innovate and evaluate the SELT South West leadership strategic goals.
- Ensure planned and detailed reflection on the impact on the South West learning community and beyond.
- Reflect on the changing leadership needs, and produce pro-active models for future growth, based on high quality research and enquiry.
- Connect the diverse leadership landscape across the South West, with national and international developments.
- Determine and strive to provide, the best most relevant offers for current and future leaders ( having regard to areas like succession/talent/wider workforce)
- Adopt an innovative approach to leadership learning but with a clear remit to improve performance.
