Currently SELT is facilitating a programme of 'Leading and Managing Change' in partnership with the British Council (Indonesia) and the Ministry of Education (Indonesia), with 120 Indonesian Principals (Primary, Special, Secondary & Vocational)
The five day programme includes: coaching, self awareness, building learning comunities, school improvement, leading and managing change.
Pivitol to the programme, is the support offered to each Indonesain Principal - a UK Headtecher coach.
