An enquiry group has been founded to research the key qualities and actions of high quality leaders. Leaders of learning from SELT South West and Durham Local Authority (a Beacon Council in school improvement) have founded an enquiry group; each hub has a research base (e.g. The University College of St Mark and St John in the South West) at the heart of its learning
Key Questions
- What is high quality leadership?
- How does leadership vary across different structures?
- Are there aspects of leadership more appropriate to certain contexts?
- How do we protect our 'young' leaders in to the next stage of their development?
