Castle School is very pleased to be part of the ‘Enquiry into High Quality Leadership’     working in partnership with SELT.

Castle is an 11-18 Comprehensive School in South Gloucestershire.  The school was judged to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in January 2009.  Leadership development is a notable feature of the school’s work, in particular through Leading Edge, London Challenge and the school’s specialisms of Visual Arts and SEN.

Our involvement in this research project is part of our commitment to Leadership development at all levels coupled with our commitment to enquiry as an important feature of CPD for staff.
