SELT European Visits for Headteachers
Context and Setting:
The international visit builds on the experience, processes and leadership learning embedded in New Visions. It offers an innovative and bespoke opportunity to extend your leadership enquiry into a chosen theme in an international setting. Working collaboratively, and under the guidance of skilled facilitators, you will engage in a leadership dialogue to enrich and deepen your own vision and practice. The visit is not an end in itself but seen as a catalyst for future networking and collaborative learning. This may be in the field of leadership or creating curricular links for pupils/students.
Locations:
Visits in 2009 took place in Dublin, Ireland and Oslo, Norway. New visits are to be planned for 2010 and full information should be available in May 2010. If you would like to be emailed this information once it is available then please contact Carly Shannon.
