Southern Educational Leadership Trust (SELT) is dedicated to high quality leadership development at all levels. It has an enviable reputation for its work across a broad range of National College programmes and its bespoke provision for schools and Local Authorities. In April 2006 SELT was fully incorporated as an independent charitable company limited by guarantee.
SELT has worked through a series of partnerships across the South of England. It has dedicated Leadership Centres in the South East (Kent) and South West (Taunton). SELT has an inclusive approach and especially values collaborative working.
Its Strategic Partnerships Board has representatives from: Children's Services/Local Authorities, Dioceses, Headteachers from all phases, universities, professional associations and charitable and private sector organisations committed to school/public sector leadership development.
